REFUND POLICY (Read Carefully):
Tickets and all purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable and all sales are final. We can not make any exceptions to this rule.

EVENT CANCELATION OR POSTPONEMENT:
In the unlikely event of show cancellation or postponement, including due to COVID-19 related issues, either your order and ticket purchased will be good at a rescheduled event date, or we may opt to give you a voucher code good for any future KLiK Events show purchases for the next 5 years. NO REFUNDS will be available.

If you added PURCHASE PROTECTION, you will be protected if YOU have a qualifying event such as illness, travel issues, and many others. In those cases, a claim would have to be made and approved in order to get a refund. Purchase Protection does NOT grant you a refund due to non-qualifying events or any circumstances regarding tour, including postponement or cancelation. If you selected Zero Risk ticketing (Pay Later), you can cancel your order WITHOUT PENALTY OR CHARGE, any time until your purchase is processed and your card is charged. By agreeing to these terms you acknowledge that refunds will not be available once your card is charged.

COVID-19:
By accepting these terms, you are acknowledging that you understand the danger or illness from Covid-19. We are requesting that all show ticket holders be fully vaccinated from Covid-19 or have a negative Covid-19 test taken no later than 72 hours prior to the show. In the absence of these items, face coverings should be worn for everyone's safety. Covid-19 rules and regulations are subject to change without notice based on local law and location.

By agreeing to these terms, you are accepting that you will abide by all rules set forth on site by our staff, venue staff, health officers, and government ordinances. If you are not comfortable being at our events due to health concerns, do not purchase a ticket, as no refunds will be made. Due to the world situation, if you can not or do not wish to attend after purchase, you can request a credit voucher good for 100% of the amount you paid, good for any KLiK Events show for the next 5 years.

PERFORMER APPEARANCES and CONTENT:
KLiK Events has contracted all promoted performers to appear. However, due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as illness, schedule issues, travel issues, or other items, there may be changes to the lineup without notice. As stated, all sales are final, and there will be no refunds issued for any performers non-appearance for any reason.

BOYS OF SUMMER TOUR 2022 is an all ages event.
Performers may express their own views during the event. The views of the performers do not reflect the views of KLiK Events or are endorsed by KLiK Events. While this is a "clean" show, KLiK Events, and its agents and affiliates are not responsible for the content provided by the individual performers.

ADMISSION:
Venue Owners and, KLiK Events reserve the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission to any persons whose conduct is considered dangerous, disorderly, unsafe, or unbecoming.

UNDER 18:
Purchasers of tickets who are under 18 years of age should seek parental consent before purchasing tickets/merchandise from this website. All shows are open to all ages without parental guidance.

ATTENDEE SAFETY:
The Ticket Holder agrees to submit to any search for any prohibited items including but not limited to weapons, controlled, dangerous and illegal substances.

FILMING AND PHOTOGRAPHY:
The Promoter/Venue Owner/KLiK Events may use the Ticket Holder's image or likeness in any live video, recorded video, or photograph taken at the event.

CHARGE BACKS:
Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Seeking a charge back for sales to this event may result in ticket cancellation and refusal to honor future sales for this tour and future events.
